Job description
About Everyday Dose
Everyday Dose has transformed the wellness market with its innovative mushroom coffee, reshaping how customers approach their daily routines. We pride ourselves on an enthusiastic customer base and a product that resonates deeply. Our expansion stems from expert direct response creatives, insightful customer data analysis, and continuous optimization strategies.
Role Overview
We are seeking a hybrid Full-Stack Content Creator and Creative Strategist who can handle the entire creative process—from insights to scripting, production to editing, and repetition to scaling. This role is ideal for someone passionate about examining creative performance data as much as creatively directing and editing content for viewer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze creative performance data from platforms including Meta Ads, Motion, and Northbeam to inform improvements and develop new concepts.
- Diagnose and address conversion funnel obstacles such as low click-through rates, weak visual hooks, or poor retention by altering CTAs, headlines, editing style, or narrative pacing.
- Integrate customer insights drawn from reviews, surveys, and testimonials into creative strategies.
- Craft high-impact UGC scripts featuring compelling direct response hooks, tension structures, and strong calls to action.
- Generate 5 to 10 original advertisement concepts weekly, spanning styles like UGC, TikTok, founder presentations, and testimonials.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative and Performance teams to ensure alignment with brand identity and customer psychology.
- Lead and assist in on-location shoots, planning sets, props, talent, and shot lists to optimize each frame’s visual and strategic intent.
- Engage personally in content creation as required to support production needs.
- Provide detailed editorial guidance to post-production teams, focusing on pacing, retention techniques, and innovative editing formats.
- Perform retention audits, identify viewer drop-off moments, and create multiple versions of successful creatives to maximize impact across formats and platforms.
- Develop clear, context-rich briefs to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years or more experience in direct-to-consumer markets as a content creator, creative strategist, or a combined role.
- Proficient in Meta Ads, user-generated content (UGC) strategies, and direct response copywriting.
- Skilled at analyzing creative data to draw actionable conclusions and iterate effectively.
- Experienced in coordinating with creators, directing shoots, managing props, and delivering precise editing instructions.
- Strong interest in customer behavior, trend forecasting, and applying creative frameworks strategically.
- Expertise in retention-focused editing techniques and the ability to direct or execute those edits as needed.
- Demonstrated leadership with independence to manage creative projects from conception through to final delivery.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments is an added advantage.
Work Philosophy
- Prioritize speed and efficiency in all tasks.
- Aim to work smartly and consistently exceed expectations.
- Base decisions on data rather than ego.
- Pursue continuous improvement daily.
Hiring Process
- Initial interview focusing on cultural and value compatibility.
- Creative strategy assessment involving scriptwriting, content breakdown, and idea pitching.
- Final discussion with the team and founders.
- Offer extension and onboarding process.
Benefits
- Join a mission-driven enterprise transforming morning routines worldwide.
- Receive competitive pay complemented by performance incentives.
- Opportunity for equity participation in a fast-growing brand.
- Collaborate within a passionate, creative, and innovative team environment.
