Role overview
Amazon is hiring a full lifecycle recruiter for its International Emerging Markets recruiting function. In this role, you will shape sourcing strategy, suggest improvements to recruiting processes, and work closely with stakeholders to support talent acquisition for Amazon Corporate roles.
You should be comfortable managing multiple searches at once, working to deadlines, setting benchmarks and metrics, and deciding priorities in a fast-moving environment. Success in this role calls for strong talent acquisition experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to build productive relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
This is a contractual assignment for 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and interview candidates to create strong shortlists within agreed timelines while keeping offer-to-interview ratios healthy by understanding hiring manager expectations.
- Work with hiring teams to design recruiting approaches that align with business requirements and keep expectations clear through a strong understanding of ROI.
- Source and evaluate both active and passive talent by assessing fit and motivation, while strengthening networks through market research and relationship building.
- Keep interview panels prepared by communicating across all management levels and ensuring candidates receive a strong experience throughout the process.
- Create written recruiting plans with defined deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking mechanisms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
- Background in corporate recruiting and/or search firm recruiting with full-cycle hiring experience.
- At least 3 years of experience generating passive candidates.
- Experience owning the process of attracting talent for urgent hiring needs as well as long-term talent pipelines.
- Experience building and running sourcing initiatives and talent pipelines.
Preferred profile
- Master's degree preferred.
- Ability to handle several projects at once while planning, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
- At least 5 years of technical recruiting experience with full-cycle responsibility.
- At least 5 years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with full-cycle responsibility.
