Offer Now Idaho is expanding its sales organization and seeking a Remote Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter to manage hiring for specific sales positions. This role is focused on execution, efficiency, and consistent delivery, working closely with the Boise-based recruiting lead. You will be responsible for managing your own candidate pipelines from sourcing to offer, ensuring alignment with the company's recruiting strategy and standards. This is a performance-driven role emphasizing accountability, clear expectations, and measurable outcomes, ideal for a disciplined recruiter who thrives in a structured remote environment.
How This Role Is Different

Additional Information
This role is based in the United States, with a preference for candidates located in Idaho. The position is full-time and fully remote. A $5,000 bonus is offered at 90 days for meeting Key Performance Indicators and securing 6 hires.
