Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor for &REPEAT Köln Airport in Cologne. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working at the front desk, interacting with guests directly, and contributing ideas that can also be put into practice. The hotel emphasizes short decision paths and a flat hierarchy, giving you the opportunity to actively help shape the property.
Responsibilities
- Look after VIP guests and handle check-in as well as check-out processes.
- Respond to guest inquiries by phone and email.
- Support the development and rollout of hotel standards.
- Take on organizational and administrative duties in both the front office and back office.
- Prepare accounts receivable tasks and hand them over to the relevant specialist department.
- Help ensure that guest satisfaction goals are achieved.
- Train and onboard new team members.
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel industry or a degree in hotel management or tourism management.
- Several years of experience working at the front office.
- Interest in developing into a leadership role.
- Strong communication and expression skills.
- A guest-focused mindset.
- Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style.
- Very good written and spoken German, at least B2/C1 level.
