Role Overview

Stella Stays is looking for a well-organized and detail-focused Front Desk Receptionist in Riyadh. This person will help keep daily operations running smoothly, support an excellent guest experience, and act as a key point of coordination between guests, service teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily move-in and move-out checks to confirm the property is ready and guests are satisfied.
  • Track in-house supplies and monitor stock levels to ensure essential items remain available.
  • Coordinate and oversee the cleaning and maintenance teams, including scheduling and quality control.
  • Arrange repairs and maintenance work quickly to reduce inconvenience for guests.
  • Prepare and follow daily, weekly, and monthly operational and guest feedback reports.
  • Make sure property records, documentation, and quality standards are properly maintained.
  • Respond to on-site guest needs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage additional service requests and work with the appropriate service partners.
  • Identify, coordinate, and negotiate with dependable vendors and service providers.
  • Protect sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Welcome visitors, clients, and partners while maintaining a polished and friendly front desk experience.
  • Answer phone calls, route them correctly, and record messages accurately when needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing parcels and mail.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Support the team with miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience in operations and front desk work, ideally within hospitality, is required.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking skills with careful attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal ability.
  • Comfortable using property management systems and related software tools.
  • Able to work independently, make practical decisions, and stay effective in a fast-moving environment.
