Role Overview
We are seeking a junior-level Data Analyst to join a full-time analytics team in Australia. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates and early-career candidates who want to start building a career in data analytics and business intelligence.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will handle data from different sources, turn it into useful insights, and support reporting and decision-making activities across the business. You will work closely with other teams to understand their reporting needs and help improve processes through better use of data.
- Gather data from multiple systems and keep it organized.
- Clean, validate, and structure datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Create reports and dashboards to support business requirements.
- Study data to spot trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Help maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Support ongoing analytics assignments and document the methods used.
- Track key performance indicators and assist with performance monitoring.
- Work with different departments to understand reporting expectations.
- Contribute ideas and support initiatives aimed at improving processes.
