Role overview
This contractual recruiting opportunity is for a client looking for an Associate Recruiter to support hiring across technology and marketing functions. The work is fully remote and focused on finding, evaluating, and moving candidates through the recruitment process for teams operating across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract suitable candidates for open positions across different geographies through job boards, social platforms, and internal sourcing channels.
- Review applications, screen resumes, and carry out first-round phone or video conversations to judge experience, fit, and pay expectations.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, while keeping communication clear and follow-ups timely throughout the hiring cycle.
- Work with stakeholders to sharpen role requirements, improve job postings, and adjust selection criteria as business needs change.
- Maintain candidate records in applicant tracking systems and monitor each stage of the recruitment workflow.
Skills and qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of experience handling end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring, preferably in technology or marketing.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting.
- Ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and job boards effectively for sourcing.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers across cultures and time zones.
- Capability to work independently in a remote setup, prioritize tasks with limited supervision, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
