Role summary

The company is looking for a freelance graphic designer to support its creative team for around 20 hours each week. This position is suited to someone who can produce polished, high-volume creative work in a fast-moving environment and help maintain a consistent brand experience across e-commerce, marketing, packaging, and promotional channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce a steady stream of launch-related and evergreen creative assets, such as email graphics, paid advertising materials, social media content, and web banners.
  • Create printed items including collateral pieces, event signage, packaging, and branded merchandise while staying aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Retouch, composite, and edit photos and video content for use across digital platforms, ensuring all output meets quality and brand expectations.
  • Work closely with the creative team to support and strengthen the brand’s visual direction.
  • Handle file setup, production specifications, deadlines, and delivery requirements so creative files are accurate and ready for production on time.
  • Review performance data and refine creative assets based on insights to help improve engagement, conversions, and broader business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage projects and time effectively.
  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Advanced skills in photo retouching and color correction.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to balance several priorities at once.
  • Creative and proactive, with a practical approach to solving problems.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and adjusting work based on new ideas, viewpoints, or business needs.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
  • Interest in fashion, apparel, or consumer brands is an advantage, though not essential.
