Role overview
This freelance assignment is for a commercial architectural development made up of two five-storey suite blocks with a covered courtyard. The project is currently in the planning and research stage, and the designer will help shape how the concept is visually communicated for client discussions and stakeholder updates. The work is fully remote and may lead to additional projects depending on performance and overall fit.
Key deliverables
- Build clear, engaging visual concepts and presentation graphics for the architecture project.
- Produce polished renderings, diagrams, and other visual assets that communicate the design direction.
- Work with the project team to refine and improve visuals through feedback and iteration.
- Prepare graphics that are ready for presentation in client and stakeholder meetings.
- Supply digital files in the required formats and make sure every output meets the project brief and specifications.
Requirements
- Background in graphic design for architectural or real estate-related work.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates comparable visual concepts and presentation materials.
- Hands-on ability with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with architectural visualization tools.
- Comfort interpreting architectural drawings and turning them into compelling visuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus careful attention to detail.
- Capacity to collaborate remotely and meet delivery milestones on time.
- Experience working independently and responding constructively to feedback.
