hackajob is working with Mindrift to source a talented Graphic Designer for the Tendem project. The work supports a hybrid AI plus human workflow, where automated agents manage repetitive steps and you contribute the judgment, visual expertise, and formatting needed to turn raw ideas into refined, professional assets.
This is a part-time remote freelance opportunity suited to creative professionals with practical experience in visual communication, layout work, and the production of marketing materials.
About the platform
Mindrift brings subject-matter specialists together with AI-focused projects from leading technology companies. The goal is to help advance generative AI by drawing on real-world expertise from professionals around the world.
Role focus
As a Graphic Designer on the Tendem project, your work will center on creating structured layouts, infographics, social media templates, and polished visual outputs. Responsibilities
- Create tidy layouts, modern infographics, and visually balanced compositions that improve readability and engagement.
- Develop reusable social media templates and strong one-pager designs for different communication needs.
- Use typography, grids, and composition principles to upgrade everyday materials into polished visuals.
- Convert rough data and ideas into professional design assets aligned with marketing and communication objectives.
- Check outputs carefully for alignment, color accuracy, and overall consistency before delivery.
Application notes
Please send your CV in English and include a portfolio link with examples of your work. Applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed.
This is project-based freelance work, so assignments are available only when active projects are running. Depending on your profile and current demand, you may be invited to one or more projects.
Getting started
To begin, submit your application and complete the qualification process. If selected, you may contribute to projects that match your skills and work on your own schedule.
You may also take part in tasks such as developing training prompts and improving model outputs as part of the broader AI workflow.
Requirements
- About 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline is an advantage.
- Strong command of typography, grid systems, and composition.
- Ability to organize information clearly through infographics and social media visuals.
- Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Figma.
- Comfort moving between one-pagers, social templates, and other format-specific design tasks.
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is required.
- Adaptable, quick-moving, and detail-focused working style.
- Strong commitment to producing professional-quality visual work.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple design tasks at once.
- Portfolio with graphic design samples is mandatory.
Project timing
During active phases, the workload is expected to be around 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and does not guarantee a fixed volume of work.
Compensation
The pay can reach the equivalent of $50 per hour, depending on your contribution level and pace. Compensation may differ from project to project based on scope, complexity, and expertise required.
