About the Role
This opportunity is with a fast-growing AI-first startup building super-agent technology and backed by $25 million in funding. As the founding designer, you will help define the company’s design culture from the ground up while working in a highly collaborative product environment where ideas can turn into shipped features quickly.
The team operates with a product architecture that allows broad contribution, so design will sit at the center of decisions and product evolution. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to shape standards, workflows, and the overall definition of quality design from day one.
What You’ll Do
You will lead the entire design function as the first designer in the company. That includes setting design direction, creating processes, and establishing the expectations for product design across the organization.
The role is fully remote and suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment. You will spend your time designing, prototyping, iterating, and launching frequently, with your work reaching users quickly and influencing the product in real time.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an engineering-minded designer who is comfortable working closely with developers and communicating effectively in technical conversations. You should already be confident using AI-assisted coding tools to speed up your work.
Strong UX design ability is essential, along with senior-level experience in design. This position is best suited to someone who wants significant ownership, early-stage impact, and the chance to shape a company’s product experience at speed.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $225,000 to $300,000, depending on experience.

The company is hiring at an early stage and expects the selected designer to help establish how design works internally. No current CV update is required to express interest.
