Role Overview

This is a high-intensity, remote leadership opportunity for a proven builder who can turn a validated concept into a functioning, scalable venture. The role calls for someone who has already operated in fast-moving startup environments, thrives on ownership, and is comfortable making progress with limited information and limited resources. The ideal person sees company creation as a mission rather than just a job and can sustain momentum in a 24/7 digital business environment.

The focus is on execution, speed, and accountability. Candidates may come from a prior startup exit or from a strong product/engineering background in a high-velocity platform. What matters most is the ability to move from idea to shipped product, attract strong talent, and lead through the uncertainty of early-stage growth. The company will provide the infrastructure, capital, and operational support needed to build something substantial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a new venture concept and turn it into a working business that can generate revenue.
  • Set the product direction, shape the technical roadmap, and prioritize features in a way that accelerates product-market fit.
  • Build and lead a focused team of developers, designers, and growth specialists who share a high-performance culture.
  • Work with the internal architecture team on fundraising materials, investor storytelling, and strategic capital efforts.
  • Handle the daily operating rhythm of an early-stage company, including workflows and shipment cadences.
  • Own customer acquisition and distribution, while designing growth loops and viral mechanics that help expand the venture.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading a technology or digital business through the 0-to-1 stage.
  • Strong product intuition, including understanding of user behavior, conversion metrics, and interface quality.
  • Ability to stay highly available and engaged, including being on call seven days a week to support venture growth.
  • Solid familiarity with Web3 concepts, including tokenomics, decentralized communities, and digital asset operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership ability, with the confidence to inspire top talent to join and commit to the vision.

Operational Details

  • The role is fully remote.
  • Work schedule is on call seven days a week due to the demands of early-stage venture execution and global coordination.
  • Compensation is paid in digital assets, specifically USDC or USDT, along with founder-level upside in the venture.
