About the Opportunity

This role is for an experienced builder who can operate like a founder from day one. You will take a validated venture concept and lead it from the earliest incubation stage into a scalable, self-sustaining business. The position is fully remote and demands a very high level of availability for a fast-moving digital environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who prioritizes execution, speed, and accountability. Prior startup exit experience is welcome, but so is a background in product or engineering leadership at a fast-growing platform, provided you have a strong record of turning ideas into shipped products and business results. If you can attract strong talent, make sound product calls, and stay effective through the uncertainty of early-stage growth, you will be given the capital, support, and infrastructure to build something significant.

Responsibilities

Own the launch of a new venture from concept to a live business that can generate revenue.
Set the product vision, shape the technical roadmap, and decide which features matter most for reaching product-market fit quickly.
Build and lead a compact, high-performing team across development, design, and growth.
Work with the internal architecture team on fundraising narratives, investor-facing materials, and capital-raising efforts.
Handle early-stage operations, including workflow setup and daily shipping cadence.
Take charge of customer acquisition and distribution, including growth mechanics and viral loops.

Requirements

Hands-on experience building a technology or digital business from the ground up.
Strong product judgment, including an understanding of user behavior, conversion, and quality of interface design.
Willingness to be available every day of the week and stay deeply engaged with the business at all times.
Working knowledge of Web3 concepts such as tokenomics, decentralized communities, and digital asset operations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire top-tier talent around a compelling vision.

Operational Details

The role is fully remote. You are expected to remain on call seven days a week to support early-stage execution and global coordination. Compensation is paid in digital assets, specifically USDC or USDT, and includes founder-level upside in the venture you help create.
