Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas, ensuring they are clean and organized.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food preparation surfaces.
• Sweep and mop floors to adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
• Manage waste by removing trash and cleaning garbage cans.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with setting up banquet tables and front-of-house areas.
• Support the loading, unloading, and delivery of supplies and products.
• Distribute necessary supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all outlined sanitation and safety protocols.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

  Requirements

  • Previous experience in dishwashing or food service utility roles is mandatory.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to undergo a Level 2 background screening if required for the position (specific to Florida).
  • Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including 8-hour shifts between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, with varying days and weekend availability.
  • Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace environment.
