Role overview

Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney is hiring a motivated Food & Beverage Assistant for Fiadh Restaurant on Muckross Road. This position is suited to someone who already has experience in food and beverage service and wants to build a career in hospitality within a supportive and growth-focused team.

What you will do

• Provide attentive service in buffet, table, and bar service areas.
• Welcome guests warmly and offer helpful local suggestions and information when needed.
• Work closely with colleagues to keep service running smoothly throughout each shift.
• Partner with kitchen team members to help deliver an experience that meets and exceeds guest expectations.

What we are looking for

• Prior experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• A cheerful, approachable manner and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Someone who works well with others while also being able to take initiative independently.
• Reliability and flexibility, especially during busy service times.

Working pattern

This is a full-time role involving both straight shifts and split shifts. You must be available to work on a 7-day rota, including weekends and public holidays.
