Join our REWE van Bürck oHG team in Dinkelsbühl, Bavaria, as a Florist (m/f/d). We are seeking enthusiastic individuals passionate about retail to join our welcoming team. This is a permanent part-time position where you can contribute to the success of the grocery retail sector, with potential opportunities to advance to managing your own REWE market.

Your Responsibilities

• Cultivate, arrange, and sell our selection of flowers and plants.
• Independently implement sales-boosting initiatives and visual merchandising strategies.
• Manage the procurement of floral and plant merchandise.
• Oversee incoming goods, ensuring quality control and optimal storage conditions.
• Conduct customer consultations and sales conversations with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We're Looking For

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a Florist.
• Exceptional creativity and a wide range of innovative ideas.
• Genuine enthusiasm and passion for the retail industry, coupled with strong teamwork skills.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with customers.
