Role overview
MANGO is hiring a Floor Manager for its store on O’Connell Street in Limerick. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role oversees the day-to-day running of the sales floor, with responsibility for delivering strong sales results, maintaining excellent customer service, and keeping the store environment positive and energetic.
This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week and requires complete flexibility across Monday to Sunday.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a consistently high standard of customer service throughout the store.
- Make sure the team understands product details and key performance indicators.
- Identify customer needs and promote services that help improve sales performance.
- Plan and assign tasks and floor positions across the team.
- Support the achievement and surpassing of store sales goals.
- Keep customer experience ahead of all other operational priorities.
- Share relevant updates with the team so sales can be managed effectively.
- Coach team members in their learning and development while setting a strong example.
