Fleet Operations Officer

Job Objective

The primary goal of this role is to oversee and manage the field workforce, ensuring adherence to attendance, disciplinary standards, and productivity targets. This position also plays a crucial part in enhancing the efficiency of logistics operations and promptly addressing any day-to-day operational issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Track the movement of distribution and transportation vehicles between production facilities and various branches.
• Develop and manage driver schedules and daily route plans.
• Liaise with warehouse and branch personnel to guarantee effective supply chain and distribution processes.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, as well as the renewal of registrations and insurance policies.
• Generate daily reports detailing transportation activities and fleet movements.
• Verify that drivers are in compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold Saudi nationality.
• Prior experience in transportation or fleet operations is necessary.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Demonstrated strong skills in organization, follow-up, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• A solid understanding of all regions within the Kingdom and common transportation and distribution routes is essential.
