About the Role
Alesayi Motors is looking for a seasoned, performance-focused Fleet Service Operations Manager to take charge of and grow its B2B and fleet after-sales business. This role centers on accelerating service revenue, strengthening relationships with fleet clients, building service agreements, and keeping maintenance and repair operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and scale the fleet service operations team to support long-term business expansion.
- Develop trusted, ongoing partnerships with fleet and corporate customers.
- Create, review, and negotiate fleet maintenance and service contracts.
- Spot new commercial opportunities and build a pipeline of fleet and B2B leads.
- Work closely with Sales, After-Sales, Finance, IT, and Customer Service teams.
- Track service quality, customer satisfaction, income, and profitability indicators.
- Set KPIs, service benchmarks, and operational reporting routines.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure smooth fleet service execution.
- Improve customer loyalty, service standards, and internal process efficiency.
- Contribute to yearly budgeting, workforce planning, and broader business strategy.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline. A minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity within automotive after-sales, fleet management, or B2B service operations is required. Candidates should bring strong knowledge of fleet maintenance processes and current automotive market trends, along with a solid track record in business development, contract negotiation, and client relationship management. Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills are essential, as is the ability to analyze data and prepare clear reports. Professional English proficiency is also necessary.
Preferred Experience
Experience in automotive dealerships is preferred, especially if it includes fleet maintenance, service agreement management, corporate fleet accounts, government fleet accounts, KPI tracking, and business performance reporting.
