Job description
Role Overview
Mandarin Oriental, Doha is seeking a Fitness & Wellness Assistant to join its Spa & Wellness team. The role is centered on supporting guests and members, keeping fitness equipment in good working order, and ensuring that all fitness and wellness spaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming, including the swimming pools. This position reports directly to the Director of Spa & Wellness.

Key Duties
- Deliver fitness and wellness classes professionally while following department standard operating procedures.
- Keep class and programme schedules updated and accurately maintained.
- Ensure the studios, changing rooms, and wider wellness areas are consistently clean and well maintained.
- Maintain a tidy, hygienic, and organised environment in line with FLHSS&E standards.
- Support a smooth and pleasant guest experience throughout the day.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a fitness centre setting. Experience in a five-star hotel environment is an added advantage, and familiarity with working in the Middle East region is also preferred.
