Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad for a Finishers G12++ professional. The selected candidate will handle finishing work across interior and exterior areas, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and coated to deliver a refined, high-quality result on walls, ceilings, furniture, and related elements.

Key Duties

• Prepare surfaces and carry out finishing work for internal and external areas.
• Apply paints, coatings, and other finish materials to walls, ceilings, and furniture.
• Operate finishing tools and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Mix and match paint shades as required for the job.
• Carry out touch-ups, corrections, and repair work to improve the final appearance.
• Check completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety expectations.
• Work with site supervisors, engineers, and other trade teams to follow plans and deadlines.
• Keep the work area orderly and safe throughout the assignment.
• Support the training of junior staff in finishing methods and good work practices when needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Comfort and skill in using power tools and finishing equipment safely.
• Good understanding of paint varieties, surface preparation, and application methods.
• Practical experience in painting and finishing surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
• Exposure to refurbishing or repairing furniture and built-in fittings.
• Ability to coach junior team members on finishing standards and safety.
• Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and delivery timelines.
• Working knowledge of construction-site safety requirements and company safety rules.
• Prior background in construction, interior finishing, or a similar trade; vocational certification or training is beneficial.
• Readiness to work on site in Hyderabad and coordinate effectively with supervisors and project engineers.
