Job description

Role overview

This is a high-visibility FP&A opportunity within a large, mission-driven services company. The position offers real ownership over financial performance, regular interaction with finance leadership, and the chance to help shape scalable processes in a growing multi-brand environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage P&L reporting and analysis for a high-growth business division.
  • Build monthly reporting packs, explain variances, and prepare forecast updates and leadership-ready presentations.
  • Contribute to budgeting, rolling forecasts, board materials, and ad hoc strategic or scenario-based analysis.
  • Perform review checks and quality control as a core FP&A support partner.

Candidate profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a similar business-focused field is required.
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a closely aligned finance function is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis, is essential.
  • The role suits someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment and can independently gather and analyze data.
  • Strong communication skills are important for working with senior stakeholders and turning complex data into clear business insights.

Growth and impact

You will gain broad exposure to strategic finance work, including market analysis and decisions related to expansion. The role also offers a chance to improve and scale FP&A processes across a growing organization while working closely with experienced finance leaders and cross-functional teams.

Compensation

The expected annual pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Final compensation will depend on qualifications such as skills, experience, and education.

Equal opportunity

The organization emphasizes diversity and inclusion across backgrounds, identities, geographies, universities, lifestyles, and personality types. It is minority-owned and majority women-led, with a strong commitment to community impact.
