About the Role

Lely is seeking a structured, practical Financial Administration Specialist to strengthen the finance support function in its fast-growing automated agriculture business. The role sits within the Lely Center, part of the company’s premium distribution network, which focuses on advanced solutions that help dairy farmers run profitable, enjoyable, and sustainable operations. The center works to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in line with Lely’s vision for the farm of the future.

What You Will Do

  • Handle day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable administration with accuracy.
  • Oversee order administration and assist with finance processes connected to projects.
  • Prepare, process, and track invoices, payments, and bank-related transactions.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and support debtor management activities.
  • Contribute to month-end closing tasks, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Help improve finance workflows so administration becomes more efficient and data remains reliable.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • Previous experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support.
  • Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general finance administration.
  • Exposure to ERP platforms such as Business Central, Movex, or equivalent systems.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A practical, detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
