Key Responsibilities

• Generate and dispatch client invoices promptly and accurately.
• Ensure adherence to UAE e-invoicing and VAT regulations.
• Oversee accounts receivable and actively pursue overdue payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and address any billing discrepancies.
• Maintain precise invoicing records within accounting and financial systems.
• Liaise with clients to resolve any invoice-related inquiries.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports concerning billing and collections.
• Provide support for month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Compile necessary documentation for auditors and banking institutions as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of billing data.
• Manage the organized filing and record-keeping of invoices and supporting documents.

Requirements & Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or general accounting functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with international accounting software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and e-invoicing mandates is beneficial.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Mandatory fluency in the Russian language.
• Capacity to work autonomously and manage tasks to meet deadlines.

Additional Information

This role requires fluency in both English and Russian. The starting salary is AED 10,000, with the final compensation to be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and performance during the interview. The position is based in the United Arab Emirates and is suitable for candidates at a Mid-Level career stage, requiring a Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma.
