Role Overview
Scout Energy Partners is looking for a File Clerk to join its Land Department. This position reports to the Land Administration Manager and centers on organizing records, supporting document handling, and keeping files accurate and accessible. Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills are important for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan, photocopy, and file documents to support recordkeeping needs.
- Keep Land files, records, and the file room well organized and up to date.
- Prepare labels and create file folders when required.
- Help with large mailings, including certified mail processes.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.
Skills and Requirements
- Ability to work comfortably with several people in a busy, active environment.
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational ability.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest in learning, developing, and growing within the company.
- High School Diploma required; further education is an added advantage.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
