Field Verification Officer

About the Role

This full-time position is for a Field Verification Officer in Singapore, supporting verification activities across customer, employee, education, and document checks. The role sits within verification services and field operations and is suited to candidates with practical experience in on-ground verification work.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer or employee locations to confirm address details.
• When needed, visit company offices to validate employment information.
• Assist with verification of education records and supporting documents.
• Carry out verification calls over the phone as part of the process.
• Record and refresh verification data in the system accurately.
• Use mobile apps to collect photos and other field evidence.
• Draft and send clear, correct reports within the required timelines.
• Handle all information with strict confidentiality.
• Escalate any incomplete, doubtful, or inconsistent information to the operations team.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in field verification, banking, telecom, collections, field sales, or similar work.
• A graduate qualification is required.
• Must be willing to travel locally as part of the job.
• Having a personal vehicle and a valid driving licence is preferred.
• Should be comfortable using mobile applications and basic reporting tools.
• Strong communication ability in the local language is needed.
• Basic English proficiency is an added advantage.
