Role overview
As a member of the Technical Services team in Coffs Harbour, you will help venues perform reliably and deliver a better experience for customers. Your day-to-day work will involve servicing, maintaining, and installing wagering and gaming equipment, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer support.
Key duties
- Service, maintain, and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues, clubs, and pubs.
- Carry out preventative maintenance inspections to help minimise breakdowns and interruptions.
- Organise and prioritise your workload so customer needs are met effectively.
- Maintain clear and accurate maintenance records in line with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop dependable working relationships with venue staff through consistent service.
Candidate profile
The employer is open to applicants who are keen to learn and grow. Prior experience with wagering and gaming equipment is not required, as full training will be provided. What matters most is a strong willingness to learn and the right personal qualities.
