You will represent a leading restaurant booking and management platform in Berlin, helping restaurants improve their operations and grow their visibility. The company is part of a global travel and hospitality group and promotes a culture built around respect, ownership, growth, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify restaurants within the assigned scope, then contact them proactively to arrange meetings with owners or managers.
- Carry out both walk-in visits and pre-scheduled appointments, depending on the opportunity.
- Present the platform’s products and services in a confident and engaging way.
- Work toward a practical daily target of about 4 to 5 visits or meetings.
- Explain the value of tools such as table management software, promotional features like bill discounts, online booking calendars for restaurant websites, and marketing solutions.
- Speak with restaurant owners and managers to understand their requirements and match them with suitable features and benefits.
- Show how the management tool and guest network can help restaurants attract more customers and streamline bookings.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until the agreement is closed and the restaurant is published online on the platform and partner websites.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent German at C2 level, along with strong English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to exceed goals.
- Genuinely interested in food, digital products, technology, and the restaurant industry.
- Comfortable in a sales-focused role with strong persuasion and influencing ability.
- Experienced in closing deals, including situations where a sale can be completed in a single conversation.
- Background in business development, ideally in B2B or hospitality/restaurant environments, with strong short-cycle negotiation skills.
- Independent, adaptable, and effective in fast-moving work settings.
- Well-organized, curious, open to learning, and motivated to develop professionally.
- Confident using a computer and Microsoft Office; prior CRM experience is an advantage.
