Role Summary
This full-time remote Field Officer position is focused on overseeing and coordinating security and housekeeping teams across assigned client locations. The person in this role will carry out regular virtual follow-ups and, whenever needed, arrange physical site visits to track performance, confirm attendance, and check adherence to company guidelines and client expectations.
Key Duties
Day-to-day work includes planning rosters, assigning staff, resolving operational concerns, handling incidents, and keeping detailed records and reports. The Field Officer will also communicate with clients to understand service needs, respond to feedback, and share service updates and incident reports with management. The role further involves assisting with training and coaching for field staff, encouraging compliance with safety practices, and ensuring smooth communication among the company, clients, and workers.
