Job Overview
This role is for a Field Associate in IBS Telecom Acquisition, based in Vijayawada. The position is full time and temporary/contractual, and the selected candidate will work under the payroll of Quess Corp / an outsourced partner.
Site Identification and Survey
- Identify appropriate premises for IBS deployment such as commercial buildings, malls, hospitals, IT parks, and hotels.
- Carry out on-ground surveys to understand signal quality concerns, customer footfall, user density, and the structure and layout of the property.
- Prepare a shortlist of potential locations that match operator requirements.
Feasibility Evaluation
- Assess whether the property can support IBS installation from a technical perspective.
- Check the availability of space for equipment rooms, IDF, MDF, and related infrastructure.
- Review cable routing possibilities, power supply availability, and backup arrangements.
- Work with RF and design teams to gather feasibility inputs and validate site suitability.
Property Owner Coordination
- Approach building owners, facility managers, and society representatives for acquisition discussions.
- Negotiate and explain the value of IBS, including stronger indoor coverage and better network performance.
- Develop and sustain good working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
Documentation and Closure
- Collect the needed property papers, including ownership proof, building approvals, and identity documents.
- Support the signing of lease agreements or MOUs between the operator and the property owner.
- Ensure all actions remain aligned with legal requirements and company guidelines.
Experience Requirement
A minimum of 2 years of field sales experience is required for this opportunity.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual CTC starts at INR 3.25 lakhs and may be finalized based on the candidate’s current salary. Additional benefits include travelling allowance, mobile allowance, and incentives.
