F&B Service Expert

Role overview

This position is focused on creating a polished and memorable dining experience for guests by combining attentive food and beverage service with smooth, professional interaction. The role is about more than delivering meals; it is about helping every guest feel well looked after from the moment they are seated until the dining experience is complete.

What you will do

• Prepare tables and service areas to meet brand and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Engage with guests throughout the meal and provide attentive, courteous service.
• Handle dining transactions in a way that feels natural and seamless within the guest experience.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and keep service supplies in order.
• Support additional reasonable duties as assigned to help operations run smoothly.

Work standards and physical requirements

This role requires a strong focus on safety, policy compliance, and professional conduct at all times. Team members are expected to maintain high standards in appearance, communication, and service delivery. The job is physically active and involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, including movement across surfaces that may be sloped, uneven, or slippery. It also requires the ability to read and verify menu details visually and to handle manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching overhead and below the knees, and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Preferred qualifications

A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is preferred. Candidates should have less than 1 year of related work experience. No supervisory background is required, and no license or certification is needed.
