Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for service.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and supplies.
• Ensure all guest transactions are handled efficiently and contribute to a positive experience.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to navigate varied surfaces, including slopes and potentially slippery areas.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting menus and information.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 lbs (11.4 kg) independently, and up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) with assistance.
• Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, and perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping motions.
• Execute all assigned tasks to a high standard.

Eligibility

This position is open to individuals with less than one year of relevant experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. No supervisory experience is necessary. Candidates must be able to perform the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing, walking, and lifting.
