Overview
Natural Factors is seeking a dependable Facilities Services Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at its Kelowna facility. This role is suited to someone who pays close attention to detail, takes pride in keeping spaces presentable, and enjoys contributing to a team that supports a meaningful mission.

Work Schedule
The shift is 18:00 to 06:10, with two possible rotations: Sunday to Tuesday or Sunday to Wednesday.
Responsibilities
- Create a polished and welcoming first impression by keeping the facility well maintained.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and auto-scrub different floor surfaces, including washing, buffing, and waxing as required.
- Collect and remove interior and exterior waste, recycling, and cardboard containers.
- Clean and sweep outdoor grounds thoroughly.
- Carry out additional cleaning and sanitizing tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail to keep manufacturing areas, warehouses, offices, and washrooms maintained to a high standard.
- Good organizational ability to handle assigned tasks and adapt when priorities change during the day.
- Comfort working with your hands in a physically demanding setting.
- Ability to use equipment such as floor machines, buffers, blowers, and washing machines.
- Working knowledge of WHMIS policies and procedures.
