Overview

Indorailbus Travel Private Limited is seeking a dependable and proactive Facilities/Admin Assistant to aid in the smooth running of office functions.

Key Duties

  • Perform routine administrative duties including data entry, maintaining records, and documentation management.
  • Coordinate office events, schedules, and support various department needs.
  • Handle incoming communications such as calls and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of office activities.
  • Work effectively during designated night shifts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 5 years’ experience in administration or related fields, with openness to fresh graduates possessing relevant skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proactive attitude with good ownership and knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
  • Good problem-solving skills and punctuality.
  • Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written) and basic Hindi understanding.
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office and email handling.
  • Availability for night shift work.
  • Male candidates only.
