- Build and update detailed reporting packs for SteerCo, Ex.Com., and Board-level meetings, covering KPIs, milestone progress, risk exposure, achievements, pending actions, and forecasted results in a polished executive format.
- Work closely with the PMO to gather, validate, and align reporting inputs so governance submissions remain accurate, complete, and consistent.
- Set up, operate, and improve the Project Management Information System (MIS) framework to support timely and structured information flow across the PMO and related stakeholders.
- Create and maintain standardized templates, tracking tools, and control processes for project progress, risk tracking, action items, resource usage, cost monitoring, and overall performance measurement.
- Develop dashboards and digital reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel tools, or similar platforms to present status, KPIs, trends, risks, and forecasts to management and governance audiences.
- Convert technical, commercial, schedule-related, and financial data into concise executive summaries, presentations, and dashboards that are easy for senior leaders and external audiences to understand.
- Protect the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all reporting data while complying with governance requirements, corporate reporting rules, and senior management expectations.
- Prepare communication notes, meeting minutes, milestone updates, executive summaries, and project status reports for senior management, external partners, investors, and regulators when needed.
- Assist in producing project update materials and presentations for corporate communications, investor relations, management reviews, and formal governance meetings, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout.
Education and experience

- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in executive communication, project reporting, or MIS-related work is expected.
- The role calls for strong analytical and presentation capability, along with confidence in dashboarding and visualization tools.
