About the Role
Sudair Pharmaceutical Company is seeking an experienced Export Market Access Supervisor to join their team. This is a remote, field-based position focused on spearheading market access initiatives for SPC products across various export nations. The core objective is to ensure our products successfully obtain and maintain registration, pricing approvals, tender access, institutional inclusion, and commercial availability in each target territory. You will collaborate closely with local distributors and internal departments to overcome market entry challenges, identify growth prospects, and broaden Sudair Pharmaceutical Company's global presence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare products for market entry by ensuring pre-market readiness for registration submissions.
- Oversee and track the product registration progress in all export markets, ensuring submissions are timely and approvals are secured.
- Liaise with the Regulatory Affairs department to guarantee dossier completeness and adherence to the specific requirements of local health authorities.
- Manage and monitor pricing approvals, ensuring our products are competitively positioned within each market's pricing structure.
- Facilitate the inclusion of Sudair Pharmaceutical Company's products in national formularies and relevant institutional drug lists.
- Keep track of tender announcements and coordinate the preparation and submission of bids with our distributors.
- Assist distributors by providing necessary technical and commercial documentation for their operations.
- Undertake field visits to export markets to evaluate performance, identify potential opportunities, and assess market dynamics.
- Monitor the sales performance of export products against projections and ensure consistent product availability in the market.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports detailing market access status, pricing strategies, and identified risks.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, or a closely related discipline.
- Possess 4 to 6 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical market access, international export operations, or institutional sales within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of international pharmaceutical registration procedures and tender submission processes.
- Exhibit fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
- Be prepared and available for frequent international travel as required by the role.
