Role Summary
As an Experiential Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and rollout of experiential marketing campaigns in a full-time remote capacity. The position works closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to shape event concepts, manage schedules, and make sure activations are completed on time and within budget. You will keep projects organized, help maintain communication across stakeholders, and contribute to campaign reporting and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating experiential marketing initiatives from concept development through execution.
- Work with internal teams, vendors, and clients to keep timelines, deliverables, and budgets on track.
- Support event logistics and handle coordination details for multiple concurrent projects.
- Prepare project briefs, post-event recaps, and other documentation in a clear and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate files and records for campaign assets, schedules, and communication.
- Help manage partner communication and support on-site needs when required.
- Contribute to measurement, reporting, and performance summaries for experiential campaigns.
- Assist with proposal development, sales support materials, case study gathering, and written content that communicates campaign ideas and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for stakeholder coordination and client-ready documentation.
- Solid project coordination and event planning capability, including scheduling, logistics, budget tracking, and resource management.
- Ability to support sales-related tasks such as pitch materials and client proposals.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting while managing priorities and deadlines with care and accuracy.
- Prior exposure to marketing, advertising, experiential marketing, or events is preferred; agency or media experience is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools such as project management software, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
