KPI Group is a labour hire business with operations across Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, and Western Australia. The company has been established since 2010.
Role Overview
There are upcoming openings from the Gold Coast through to Brisbane, QLD for experienced multi-skilled and ticketed construction/civil labourers. The roles suit people with solid hands-on experience and a strong background in construction and civil works.
Applicants should be motivated, dependable, and able to work on their own as well as take direction from site teams each day. Candidates must live in the Gold Coast area or within approximately 50 km of surrounding regions.
Available Roles
- All-round construction labourers with multi-skill and relevant tickets
- Forklift operators
- Hoist operators
- Machine operators for excavator, skid steer, roller, water cart, and similar equipment; GPS knowledge and VOC are advantageous
- Traffic controllers, including Level 1 and experienced Level 2 TMI; skill labouring experience is an added advantage
- Skilled labourers
- General labourers with civil and drainage experience
- Riggers
- Formwork carpenters
- Scaffolders
- Carpenters
- EWP operators
- Manitou operators
- Dogmen
Skills and Experience
- Prior construction labouring experience, particularly in multi-skilled and ticketed roles
- Valid White Card, which is mandatory
- Current relevant tickets and proven experience in the construction sector
- Recent VOC certification
- Experience using GPS-enabled machinery is preferred
- Strong focus on detail and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
- Current Queensland driver's licence and access to reliable personal transport for commuting
- Australian citizenship
- Availability to work any day from Monday through Sunday for ongoing assignments
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Safety-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Proactive approach, problem-solving ability, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and complete allocated tasks
- Reliable, willing to work, and consistent in attendance
