The Expeditor serves as the bridge between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, making sure every dish is prepared accurately, sent out on schedule, and presented to guests at a high standard. What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating between culinary and service teams so orders are completed and delivered properly.
- Checking that plates leave the kitchen in the right order, on time, and with consistent presentation quality.
- Keeping up with a busy, fast-moving environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Working closely with chefs and management to support smooth service during shifts.
