About the Role

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Executive for their VIP Reservations team in the Call Centre. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for managing reservations and guest requests with accuracy and efficiency, while coordinating with various internal departments to provide a seamless experience for RWS members and guests. The position requires a proactive approach to handling guest feedback professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service to guests, focusing on understanding and fulfilling their expectations to enhance their overall experience.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from guests, ensuring all bookings and requests are processed with precision, within deadlines, and to the highest service standards.
  • Liaise with different internal departments to address guest inquiries and fulfill requests related to products and services for RWS members and guests.
  • Address and resolve guest feedback and concerns in a professional and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Possess a Diploma qualification and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within a call centre or hotel setting is required. Experience with the Opera system is beneficial.
  • Must be available to work flexible, rotating shifts, which include weekends and public holidays.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore.
