American Recruiters is growing its practice focused on Commercial Foodservice Equipment & Supplies (E&S), and this opening is for an Executive Recruiter who will lead search and placement work within that sector. The role involves partnering with manufacturers, dealers, representatives, and service companies across the foodservice equipment supply chain to identify and place strong talent at every level, including sales, engineering, operations, and executive leadership.

Role Overview
As the recruiter for this niche, you will manage end-to-end hiring assignments, expand client relationships, and build a reliable candidate network across multiple functions. You will also stay informed about market movement, compensation trends, and hiring needs in the commercial foodservice E&S space.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, and placement closure within the commercial foodservice E&S market.
- Develop and deepen relationships with manufacturers, dealers, manufacturers’ representatives, and service organizations.
- Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline covering sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and executive-level roles.
- Conduct detailed discussions with both candidates and clients to align on job needs, work culture, and compensation expectations.
- Lead offer negotiations and support both sides through the hiring process until completion.
- Keep up with industry developments, hiring trends, market conditions, and talent movement in the foodservice E&S sector.
