Strengthen service delivery through monitoring, incident response, and problem resolution.

Guide business continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience planning.

Work closely with cybersecurity teams to safeguard systems, applications, and data.

Identify, assess, and reduce risks tied to technology operations.

Ensure adherence to industry rules, security standards, and corporate governance requirements.

Define risk controls and escalation paths for critical operational issues.

Set and track technology KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance measures.

Use analytics to improve efficiency and support better decisions.

Prepare reporting frameworks for executive stakeholders.

Lead continuous improvement efforts based on business needs and operational findings.

Partner with product, engineering, IT, finance, HR, and other business leaders to keep operations aligned with priorities.

Support communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Contribute to enterprise transformation efforts and technology-enabled growth initiatives.

Coordinate effectively across global technology teams.

Build, guide, and retain high-performing technology operations teams.

Strengthen leadership depth, succession planning, and talent development.

Promote accountability, innovation, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Encourage engagement and collaboration across the technology organization.
