Role overview

This position is focused on managing channel partners effectively so the assigned projects can generate more walk-ins, stronger order booking, higher unit sales, and improved collections. The role works within approved budgets and timelines while driving sales revenue and partner performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver sales value and unit volume targets as defined for the assigned project, with sales measured as net order book.
  • Meet the planned speed of sales through the allocated channels and contribute to site-level margin and business targets.
  • Improve conversion efficiency for walk-ins and closures at the site, with regular tracking and performance monitoring.
  • Build and expand new channels to widen and deepen the distribution pipeline.
  • Monitor competitor movement in the micro-market closely and share timely market insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen channel activity and improve customer experience at the site level.
  • Plan and implement site-level initiatives, including BTL activities whenever needed.
  • Strengthen channel partnerships across the region and support sustained walk-in generation.
  • Act as the connecting point between channel partners and closure managers to improve customer inflow.
  • Assess channel effectiveness at each site and optimize partner allocation accordingly.
  • Keep complete and accurate records of meetings, activities, and channel actions.
  • Recommend and execute measures that keep the right customer profile flowing to the assigned project sites.
  • Handle all channel trackers and review processes.
  • Develop both direct and non-traditional channel sources.
  • Create and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans in coordination with the marketing team to improve walk-ins and closures.
  • Support knowledge management, design outreach activities for channel partners, and identify training needs.

Stakeholder interface

Internal coordination will be required with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance teams. External interaction will include corporates, HNI clients, brokers, property consultants, customers, and service partners.

Eligibility and background

Candidates should hold a graduate or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Sales and bring 8 to 10 years of experience in the real estate sector. A proven record of meeting sales targets through channel partners and successfully onboarding high-performing channel partners is essential. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are also required.
