Role Overview
This opportunity is with a prominent international real estate business known for representing exceptional homes and high-end properties. The team has a strong reputation in luxury real estate and works within a fast-moving, high-performance environment. It is suited to someone who wants to support an experienced agent with more than 10 years in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide weekday support from Monday to Friday across administration, scheduling, and coordination for properties being marketed for sale.
- Assist with calendar and diary organisation.
- Handle appointments outside the office, including photography sessions, building and pest checks, and pre-settlement inspections.
- Prepare materials and support for listing presentations and appraisal meetings.
- Coordinate open homes and auction events, ensuring they are set up and run smoothly.
- Oversee the exchange-to-settlement process between vendors, purchasers, and solicitors, including invoice submission.
What We’re Looking For
- A solid background in real estate administration.
- A current Certificate of Registration.
- The ability to manage a busy workload, including premium listings valued at up to $6 million.
- Strong customer service standards.
- Confident written and verbal communication.
- The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
