About the Role

We are collaborating with a prestigious global investment firm with operations spanning various international markets and sectors. In response to their recent expansion and organizational transformation, they seek a skilled Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in the Human Capital team located in London.

This position is highly visible within a dynamic, collaborative, and people-centered work environment. The successful candidate will deliver executive-level support and coordinate learning and development initiatives throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage diaries and schedules for senior Human Capital executives ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Organize intricate meetings involving multiple time zones, including all logistics and communication with stakeholders.
  • Arrange both domestic and international travel, handling detailed itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a large volume of scheduling requests with good judgement.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities such as training sessions, workshops, and related events.
  • Handle participant communications, event scheduling, and logistical arrangements.
  • Support new employee onboarding processes and induction programs.
  • Maintain learning management systems, reporting structures, and track ongoing program documentation.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for internal team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and diverse teams throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership within corporate, financial services, private equity, or professional services sectors.
  • Excellent organisational skills, adept at managing complex calendars and balancing competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or People Operations is highly beneficial.
  • Experience managing training programs, events, or talent development initiatives preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills capable of establishing rapport at all organizational levels.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and takes initiative proactively.
  • Demonstrates discretion when handling sensitive and confidential material.
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative spirit and a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international setting where priorities may shift rapidly.
