About the Company
Superyachts.com is a leading digital destination for luxury yachting and lifestyle, serving high-net-worth audiences interested in chartering, buying, building, or refitting superyachts. With a global reach, the business showcases brands across the superyacht world and the wider luxury sector through a powerful online platform.
Beyond media and advertising, the team also produces premium marketing content in-house, giving the company the ability to support clients as a full-service partner for brand growth within the superyacht industry. As the business continues to expand, it is seeking a motivated and personable Executive Assistant to join the team and contribute to its success.
Role Overview
This is a non-traditional Executive Assistant position combining content leadership, event delivery, and executive support. The selected candidate will help shape the storytelling, communications, and guest journey for one of the superyacht industry’s most notable events.
The main focus of the role is the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous. Most of your time will go into producing, managing, and delivering content across the event’s platforms so that the website, editorial features, partner updates, and marketing assets consistently reflect the event’s high-end image and vision.
In addition to leading editorial output, you will support the planning and execution of the event itself, helping create memorable guest experiences, evening programmes, and activations that enhance the overall rendezvous.
This position suits someone who enjoys blending creative writing with practical event coordination and can move comfortably between content production, project support, and executive assistance.

- Keep the event website current, polished, and accurate at all times.

- Maintain a tone and presentation that match the luxury positioning of the brand.

- Assist with the planning and delivery of the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous.
- Help design guest activities, excursions, and evening events.
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, and guest-facing communications.
- Liaise with sponsors and partners to ensure they are smoothly integrated into the event programme.
- Support event operations on site and help manage the guest experience.
Executive Support
- Provide dependable support to the Director on priority projects.
- Join meetings when needed, capture notes, and follow through on action items.
- Assist with project coordination and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Able to begin work immediately.
- Must be located in London.
- Must hold a valid passport and be eligible to enter the United States.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed organisation and project coordination abilities.
- A creative eye with an appreciation for detail and premium presentation.
- Comfortable handling several tasks and projects at once.
- Prior experience using a website content management system.
- Background in events, hospitality, luxury travel, or media is an advantage.
Benefits
- Opportunity to travel internationally.
- The chance to work on a high-profile global superyacht event.
- Exposure to luxury brands and industry experts.
