Role Overview

This position supports the CEO and CTO as an Executive Assistant. The main goal is to help them stay focused on the company’s most important priorities by providing dependable, structured, and proactive support. The role is centered on calendar coordination, follow-through on tasks, and creating clarity and alignment at the executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO and CTO with daily prioritization, schedule coordination, meeting preparation, and smooth administrative handling.
  • Organize executive meetings and board-related interactions by arranging schedules, aligning agendas, preparing documentation, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for information moving to and from the CEO and CTO, helping ensure important updates and company-wide initiatives are shared promptly.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration or a comparable field from a top university.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a fast-moving environment.
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset and a strong drive to create impact.
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
  • Very strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English.
