Role Overview
As an Events Marketing Intern, you will support the planning, execution, and promotion of offline, B2C, and corporate events. The role offers hands-on exposure to the full event cycle, including coordination, promotion, logistics, and reporting, in a fast-moving environment where your work helps strengthen brand visibility and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and delivery of online and in-person events such as webinars, workshops, and community gatherings, from setup through completion.
- Create and adapt promotional content for event campaigns across social media, email, and the Moomoo platform while keeping messaging aligned with the brand.
- Work with the marketing team on digital event promotions using email marketing, social media, and in-app notifications.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and external partners to manage logistics and ensure events run smoothly.
- Assist with community-focused and corporate initiatives that help expand and engage the Moomoo user base.
- Collect event data and participant feedback to help prepare post-event summaries and performance reviews.
- Keep track of current event marketing trends and share ideas for new event formats and audience experiences.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline.
- Able to commit for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good research, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Capable of working independently with limited supervision.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to speak and type in Mandarin will be considered an advantage.
- Photoshop or other editing skills are beneficial.
- Available to begin the internship from January 2025 onwards.
