About the Role
The Civil Contractors Federation WA (CCF WA) is seeking a dynamic and energetic Events & Marketing Assistant to join their professional team in Perth, Western Australia. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a leading industry body within the civil construction sector, serving over 2,000 members. The position is advertised as full-time (1.0 FTE), but alternative arrangements will be considered for the right candidate. The role involves a wide variety of tasks daily, supporting both marketing initiatives and event coordination.
Responsibilities
- Execute CCF WA's marketing strategies across social media, the website, event promotions, member e-newsletters, and the CCF WA Bulletin magazine.
- Develop and write engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Manage and maintain the CCF WA customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Support the Events Team in all aspects of event planning, from conception to execution.
- Coordinate on-the-day event logistics, including guest registration, seating arrangements, and branded materials.
- Provide general administrative support and member services as needed.
- Undertake general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining common areas.

Terms and Conditions
The salary for this position ranges from A$55,000 to A$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Opportunities for career advancement are available.
