Role overview
PiXL is seeking an Events Co-ordinator to help deliver the events and programmes that support thousands of school leaders across the UK. This is a remote, full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys turning plans into well-run experiences and is comfortable balancing detailed administration with the wider event picture.
What you will do
- Support the Events Manager with the day-to-day running of events and programme activities.
- Take ownership of Open Day coordination and work closely with the Events Manager, Heads of Schools, and Trust Partnerships teams.
- Arrange and oversee accommodation bookings across the organisation.
- Gather, analyse, and present important data for senior stakeholders.
- Serve as event lead for selected digital sessions and provide cover at the Primary and Post 16 National Conferences when needed.
- Handle customer service queries for the 4-18 team through shared inboxes and telephone contact.
What the role calls for
The ideal candidate will bring experience from events, coordination, or customer service work, along with the confidence to manage several priorities at once. You should be highly organised, comfortable with administration, able to produce clear reports, and strong in both written and spoken communication. A proactive approach and a practical, solution-oriented mindset are important, as is solid experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
